VIVITAR AUTO TELEPHOTO 135mm F2.8 Manual Lens is a fast telephoto multi-coated prime lens for 35 mm SRL cameras popular from 70's till today, especially with neutral M42mm mount.
It features a reliable metal build. It is very compact for the lens with such characteristics.
The lens is quite faster and renders very contrasty images.
The Vivitar 135 mm f/ 2.8 forms a high-quality image, delivering good resolution and contrast across the frame. It produces a beautiful out-of-focus foreground and background (bokeh).
It is well resistant to back and side light. The Vivitar 135 mm f/ 2.8 is a good choice as a portrait lens. It is also suitable for shooting nature and fragments, as well as for artistic photography where shallow depth of field is required.
The lens has a very simple M42mm screw type mount and via many quite inexpensive adapters, it can be easily mounted on modern SRL and mirrorless cameras.
