Minolta x-370 SLR Film Camera with Minolta MD 50mm F1.7 Prime and Minolta MD 28mm F2.8 Wide angle Lenses. Excellent+ Condition!
The Minolta X-370 was introduced in 1981. It contained microchips, hinting at Minolta's keen observation of what the future would bring for Minolta, which began offering auto-focus cameras not long after the X-370 was brought to market.
The X-370 is a manual focus 35mm SLR camera built for MD and MC lenses, and I has quite fasttandard 50mm f1.7 lens. This lense is a solid piece of glass and is super sharp. The X-370 offers automatic exposure in an aperture preferred mode.
Manual selection of shutter speed is also possible in speeds of Bulb, 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000, and auto; making it a fully manual 35mm SLR camera. The X-370 requires a battery to activate the shutter and move the film advance lever. Some may mistake a camera as broken when all it needs is a new battery.
Along with the prime 50mm lens this set comes with additional 28mm f2.8 wide lens. These two lenses are are only two lenses you'd need to portrait, travel, street and family photography.
This Minolta X-370 camera uses the single lens reflex system that gives you a correct preview before the picture is clicked. The camera uses standard 35mm films that are easily available and easy to develop. This 35mm film camera uses manual focus as opposed to auto focus that gives you better control over how your pictures come out. The camera contains a self-timer with 10-second delay for automatically clicking photos without a photographer.
