CANON ELPH LT IXUS M1
A compact single focal length 28mm autofocus Advanced Photo System camera with approximately the same dimensions as the IXY 310, launched one year earlier.
The camera, weighing only 115 grams, was introduced at the time of its launch as the world’s lightest single focal length Advanced Photo System camera.
The model features a stylish design and a sleek emerald green metallic finish. As do other models in the series, the camera offers a variety of the benefits made possible by the Advanced Photo System, including Information Exchange (IX), which records specific data on the film, using magnetic recording head about how each shot was taken for optimum print results, three print formats while shooting on the same roll of film, a date/title imprint feature, one-touch film loading, and five flash modes.

This camera is a jewel. The Canon ELPH series are the products that put the APS system on that map.
This little camera is incredibly portable, easy to keep on hand, and produces nice images. The 3X (29-87mm) zoom is very helpful in framing the pic.
Fantastic Autofocus and very compact. The LCD tells you all you need to know and APS allows for lots of flexibility in general. The zoom is excellent and can focus well even in the most telephotographic mode.
This ELPH is all about size, convenience, excellent optics and simplicity. If that's what you want then buy it
